This varies by the type of disbursement.  Check images are available online when you view your checking or savings account details.  If you cannot locate payment information, please send us a secure message via Online Banking with your payment details or call for assistance at 304-744-MYCU (6928), and we'll provide you with a check copy or proof of payment for electronic payments.  If a payee is stating that they have not received your payment, contact Customer Service.
