COVID-19 Safety Procedures and Requirements for Appointments at the Credit Union
     Maintaining the health, safety and welfare of each employee, member, vendor and visitor of West Virginia Federal Credit Union
     (WVFCU) is our highest priority. The following safety procedures and requirements are to protect WVFCU staff and members from
     illness and to prevent business interruptions as we take appointments only at this time, for member/visitors to entering the credit
     union amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We sincerely thank you in advance for adhering to all of the rules and procedures that are in
     place to promote a safe environment.

     You MUST make an appointment with one of our staff members before coming to the credit union to conduct business; The
     Lobbies currently remain closed at this time. By making an appointment this will allow for a more efficient use of time, reduces the
     time you need to spend in the building and waiting areas have been eliminated due to COVID-19 distancing.
     Before arriving to the credit union for your appointment:
     • If you have or think you might have COVID-19, or have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19, we ask that you please stay
     home and follow the CDC’s recommended guidelines for quarantine before visiting the credit union. We will be glad to assist you
     via telephone and through our various digital options (eBranch Online Banking, Mobile App, or PAT -telephone banking) during
     this time.

     • If you are showing signs of a fever or illness, we ask that you stay home and recuperate, or utilize our drive-thru services if
     necessary. We will be glad to assist you via telephone and through our various digital options (eBranch Online Banking, Mobile
     App, or PAT-telephone banking) during this time.
     • Please bring your own face mask or covering, and feel free to use it prior to entering the credit union and during your appointment.
     Upon entering the credit union:

     •  A  WVFCU  Member  Service  Representative  will  be  monitoring  the  number  people  in  the  Credit  Union  and  may  instruct
     you to wait in the foyer/buffer zone or just outside the front door to adhere to prescribed occupancy levels in the building.
     Alternatively, most business can be conducted in the parking lot or through lane 1 (closest to the building) of the Drive Thru if
     you are uncomfortable entering the building.  Notify a Credit Union Member Service Person if you would like to use one of these
     alternative areas to conduct business.
     • You may want use a face mask or covering at all times during your appointment at the credit union. Hats, sunglasses and hoods
     will not be permitted to be worn inside the credit union. No exceptions.
     • We may ask you a series of COVID-19 Screening Questions.  Responses provided to the COVID-19 Screening Questions  may
     determine your ability to enter the credit union or not.
     • Prescribed Limits of persons/members/permitted in the credit union lobby at one time will be observed.
     • Look for and follow all posted signs, arrows and directions provided to direct you through the credit union building while also
     maintaining social distancing requirements.
     • Maintain a minimum distance of SIX (6) feet between all other persons in the credit union, and from credit union staff when
     possible.
     • Hand Sanitizer will be available in various areas about the lobby for members and staff to sanitize hands.
     Additional Rules:
     • Continue to cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough, even while utilizing a face mask or covering.

     • Look for and follow all posted signs that provide direction and requirements for visiting offices and other work areas beyond the
     credit union lobby.
     • Abide by and follow any additional rules provided by WVFCU staff while in the credit union.

     • Restroom Facilities WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE at this time due increased risk of spreading COVID-19.
