Position: eServices Officer

Location: South Charleston Office

Job Description: To oversee all aspects of the Credit Union’s electronic services, accountable for evaluating information security standards, practices and procedures, completing risk assessments and monitoring controls and member satisfaction to achieve growth plans in electronic services. Electronic services include Audio Response; Member Digital Communications (messaging, chat, video, voice, co-browsing, AI, online scheduling, etc.); ATM’s; Electronic Funds Transfers (wires, ACH, card services, P2P; Me2Me, M2M, A2A, etc.); Home Banking; Mobile Banking; Website; Remote Deposit Capture; Portal Pay; and Bill Payment Services.

Assist IT Officer in support of the Credit Union’s Information Security and Cybersecurity risk assessment and control programs; systems and communications support staff coaching & support; vendor management and compliance, service level of performance, etc.
