Can I create an alert that will notify more than one contact at the same time?

Yes, an alert can be set up to notify more than one contact at the same time.  The member needs to go to Home Banking or Mobile Banking, click on Alerts and select Contact Manager.  There are (2) options - contact by email or text message.
