Receive your monthly statements electronically and view them online. It’s the safest and most secure way to receive your account information! To get started you must sign up for eBranch. Once you have signed in to eBranch, click on eStatements located on the red menu bar. Select 'I would like to receive eStatements'. You will receive an email notifying you that your eStatement is now available to view.

eAlerts Help You Manage Your Money

Personal Account Teller (PAT)

PAT is your credit union’s telephone response service. PAT will enable you to access your credit union account 24/7, via touch tone phone by calling 304- 744-CU24 (2824)

PAT is menu driven and easy to use. The greeting prompts you to enter your membership number and press the # sign. Enter your access code and press the # sign. If this is your first time using PAT, enter the last four digits of your social security number and you will be asked to enter a new 4-digit access code (using suffix’s 0-9).

Alliance One is a group of financial institutions that have joined together to provide their members/customers with access to a nationwide network of surcharge-free ATMs.

The Alliance One link is located on our website for easy navigation to the nearest ATM in the network. To avoid these costly foreign ATM service fees, just look for the blue and white Alliance One logo on ATM’s around town or across the USA.
