Enter the following info. All personal information must match what the Credit Union has on file for them to proceed.


Enter the member number, and then you will be prompted to enter the temp password emailed to you.


Members will need to change their Login ID from their member number to something else and update their password to what they want it to be. Must be 8-15 characters long and have mixed case and at least one number.  (If they do not enter that correctly, a red message will be there to let them know what they need to enter.)


Complete the 3 security questions and set a confidence word.

Mobile Wallet

Apple Pay is a payment method that allows users to make secure transactions in stores, in apps, and online.

Features

Contactless Payments

  • Apple Pay works anywhere that accepts contactless payments, including vending machines, grocery stores, taxis, and subway stations

Security

  • Apple Pay uses near-field communication (NFC) chips and security features like Touch ID, facial recognition, and passcodes to verify users.

Rewards

  • Users can receive and redeem rewards when they pay with Apple Wallet if they have contactless rewards cards in Wallet.

Apple Cash

  • Users can send and receive money with friends and family using Apple Cash (U.S. only).

Express Mode

  • Users can tap their iPhone or Apple Watch on the card reader to pay for public transport without authenticating their payment with Face ID or Touch ID.

Check Balances

  • Users can view their debit card balance before checking out with Apple Pay by connecting their account to the eligible cards they use for Apple Pay.

Split Payments

  • Users can split their purchases into smaller payments over time through an eligible card.

Apple Pay is available on iPhone and iPad. Users can add their credit or debit card to the Wallet app on their iPhone and then add it to their other devices.

Security

Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and Samsung Wallet use virtual account numbers and tokenization.  Your actual card number is not stored on your phone.  And merchants won’t see your actual card number because tokenization randomly generates a one-time digital "token" for each transaction.

Get Started

Apple Pay

  • Setup - Add your credit or debit card to the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac.

  • In-Store Payments -

  • iPhone with Face ID - Double-click the side button, authenticate with Face ID, and hold your phone near the contactless reader.

  • iPhone with Touch ID - Double-click the Home button, and hold your phone near the reader.

  • Apple Watch - Double-click the side button, and hold your watch near the reader.

  • Online and In-App Payments - Select Apple Pay at checkout, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, and confirm the payment.

Samsung Pay

  • Setup - Download the Samsung Wallet app, create a Samsung account, and add your credit or debit card by scanning it or entering the details manually.

  • In-Store Payments -

  • Swipe up from the home button or open the Samsung Wallet app.

  • Select the card you want to use and authenticate with your fingerprint, PIN, or iris scan.

  • Hold your phone near the contactless reader or magnetic stripe reader. Online and In-App Payments: Select Samsung Pay at checkout and authenticate to complete the payment.

Google Pay

  • Setup - Download the Google Pay app, sign in with your Google Account, and add your credit or debit card.

  • In-Store Payments -

  • Unlock your phone and hold it near the contactless reader.

  • Look for the checkmark on the screen to confirm the payment.

  • Online and In-App Payments: Select Google Pay at checkout, authenticate if necessary, and confirm payment.

 

Remote Deposit Capture

Deposit checks from your phone when you want, where you want!

Remote Deposit Capture provides you with the ability to deposit checks anywhere, anytime with just a few taps on your smartphone or tablet.  To get started, tap the Deposit button in the WVFCU Mobile App.

  • Generally, deposits received before 3:00 p.m. EST on a business day that we are open (Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays) will be deposited on that business day. Deposits received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be considered received the following business day. Funds from your deposit generally will be available to you on the first business day after your deposit. However, West Virginia Federal Credit Union standard Funds Availability Policy (case by case determination) may apply to items deposited via Remote Deposit.

  1. To deposit a check:

    1. Endorse the back of all checks and write "For WVFCU Remote Deposit Only"

    2. Below add your signature

    3. Select deposit account

    4. Enter amount of check

  2. Take a picture of the front & back of the check - make sure that all 4 corners are visible in the photo.

    • Take the photo on a plain dark background. Photos should not be taken in laps or on hands and the check should be smooth as possible.  Taking pictures on wood or busy backgrounds may not be readable by the app.

    • Photos should always be taken with a clean camera with good overhead lighting with no shadows, and the camera should not be zoomed in.

    • Pictures that do not have all 4 corners in the picture will be rejected.

    • Photos not taken on a flat background or checks that are not flat will not convert over successfull

Debit card fraud is increasing rapidly and often occurs far from your home.  That's why we need to hear from you before you travel.  When traveling, contact us by phone or stop by our South Charleston or St. Albans location with your itinerary to ensure continued use of your debit card while traveling.  This applies to international travel as well. Just notify us at (304) 744-MYCU (6928), so we can open your card for purchases outside your footprint area or internationally.

 

Card Suite Lite

Card Suite Lite is a mobile app that allows you to control how, when, and where your debit and/or credit cards are used. It is a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your payment transaction activity. Card Suite Lite can help keep your payment cards safe and provide instant notifications whenever your card is used.

Card Suite Lite Foundational Features:

  • Freeze/unfreeze (on/off) card

  • Transaction alerts

  • Enable/disable transaction types and merchant categories

  • Set general spend limits and location controls

New Features in Card Suite Lite include:

  • Contactless transaction controls

  • Overall spend limits (per transaction, daily, and monthly)

  • Spend limits per transaction type

  • Share card option with trusted contacts

  • Additional sub-category merchant types

  • One-Time Passcodes

  • Enriched merchant data, including name and logo

  • User picture in app profile

Security

  • Two-factor login authentication with data encryption on the phone.

  • Card Suite Lite utilizes Apple’s Touch ID/Face ID and Android’s Fingerprint features to authenticate users.

  • A user can enable Touch/ID, Face ID/Fingerprint on the login screen or via the ‘Settings’ section after logging in.

If the user enables this feature, they are prompted to log in to the app by placing their finger on the device’s fingerprint scanner or holding the device up to their face.

  • A user can dismiss the prompt at any time and enter their password to log in.

  • Users with mobile devices that do not have biometric capability are given the option to utilize a numeric Passcode instead of Touch ID/Face ID/Fingerprint.  When this feature is enabled, these users can use that numeric Passcode to extend sessions.

  • Users with a biometrics-capable mobile device will not be offered the Passcode option.  They are presented only with the option to set up Touch ID/Face ID/Fingerprint.

Get Started

  • Cardholders can access the rewards website at dreampoints.com/wvfcu via SSO (Single Sign On) from WVFCU Home Banking. 

  • Welcome – Upon entering the website, you will be brought to the welcome page.  Here you can View Promotions, New Program Components and Trending Rewards.

  • Rewards – To start browsing rewards, select “Redeem Point” or select a category from the left menu navigation.

  • My Profile – you may view and edit your profile by selecting the “My Profile” link in the “My Account” drop-down menu.  Selecting the “Reward Alerts” tab allows you to edit your email alerts and notifications.

  • Wish List – Selecting the “Wish List” will allow you to review and edit your wish list.

  • Order Status – Selecting the “Order Status” link allows you to view your past orders and their current status.

  • Points Calculator – Users can calculate how many points they could earn for using the rewards card (s) for everyday purchases.

  • Ampre – In the “Earn more” sub-menu, users will be able to access Ampre bonus point offers that are automatically linked to the users’ rewards cards.  Here they can search for local offers and view the newest offers.

  • Fuel Redemption – By selecting “Fuel Redemption” from the “Real-Time Rewards” menu, users can select a fuel provider to locate participating gas stations near them.

  • Pay with Points – By selecting “Pay with Points” from the “Real-Time Rewards” menu, users can view available purchases to redeem against.

  • About – Selecting the “About” link will allow you to learn more about the rewards program.

  • Help/Contact/FAQs – All help items can be reached through the “Need Help?” tab on the right side of the page.  Here you can access the program FAQs and find the customer service number.

  • Sign Off – Once you have completed your session on the rewards website, select the “Sign Off” link to securely sign off.  Selecting this link will bring you to a sign-off confirmation page. For security purposes, if your session is idle for 10 minutes, you will be automatically signed off.

e-Statements

Receive your monthly statements electronically and view them online. It's the safest and most secure way to receive your account information! To get started, you must sign up for eBranch. Once you have signed in to eBranch, click on e-Statements located on the red menu bar. Select 'I would like to receive e-Statements'. You will receive an email notifying you that your eStatement is now available to view.

  • e-Statements are available days sooner than paper statements arriving by mail.

  • Convenient -no need to file away paper statements; e-Statements are stored for you online for 12 months.

  • e-Statements are environmentally friendly and save paper.

Personal Account Teller (PAT)

PAT is your credit union's telephone response service. PAT will enable you to access your credit union account 24/7, via touch-tone phone by calling (304- 744) CU24 (2824)

  • Inquire on share, share draft, and loan balances

  • Transfer funds from one account to another account

  • Access your line of credit for advances

  • Transfer from one share account to pay the West Virginia Federal Credit Union loan payment

PAT is menu-driven and easy to use. The greeting prompts you to enter your membership number and press the # sign. Enter your access code and press the # sign. If this is your first time using PAT, enter the last four digits of your Social Security number, and you will be asked to enter a new 4-digit access code (using digits 0-9).

The automated system will prompt you to select one of the following:
