Enter the following info. All personal information must match what the Credit Union has on file for them to proceed.
Enter the member number and then you will be prompt to enter the temp password emailed to you.
Member will need to change their Login ID from their member number to something else and update their password to what they want it to be. Must be 8-15 characters long and have mixed case and at least one number. (If they do not enter that correctly, a red message will be there to let them know what they need to enter.)
Complete the 3 security questions and set a confidence word.
